“Vaga” omelette with
GRANO ONION
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/4 courgette
Rocket
1/4
Natural Sweeties grano onion
Pepper
Olive oil
PREPARATION
Cut the courgette and
onion
in fine slices with the help of a slicer.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and pour in the eggs.
When you see they are starting to cook underneath add the courgette and onion, placing slices as if on a pizza.
Turn off the heat and cover the frying pan until fully cooked. Add the rocket.
