3 or 4 potatoes
2 Natural Sweeties chata onions
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
A pinch of pepper, oregano, salt and fresh rosemary

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges without removing the skin.
  2. Cut the onions into quarters and peel them.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and blending the potatoes and onion well.
  4. Place oven paper on an oven tray and spread the potatoes and onions out.
  5. Roast at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
